REFORMER PILATES
Suitable for women of all ages and fitness levels
REFORMER

Is our standard service at Her Fitness Studio, these classes are based on the reformer machines and run for either a 40-50 minute time length (day dependent). These classes work to challenge you in a mix of strength, coordination, balance, flexibility and fitness in a full body workout that will leave you challenged but also loving every minute of it. These classes will never be the same as we continuously change and progress movements leaving you with the ability to manage the level you choose to take a certain movement by changing spring resistance, changing an exercise to single leg, adding a hold or a pulse (the options really are endless).
BARRE

Taking inspiration from ballet and adding movement patterns from Pilates, combined with some heavy dose of cardio bursts throughout for that added burn. With the use of hand weights, the inflatable ball and resistance bands. Barre incorporates a mix of high intensity and isometric moves, to ultimately provide the perfect mix of muscle endurance and cardio fitness
STRETCH

Stretch is a combination class that is similar to our general reformer classes, however involving more stretch components between exercises/flows to provide a calmer and slower paced session. This class changes the focus into improved flexibility and awareness.
BEGINNERS, OVER 55’S
& INJURIES

This class is focused around maintaining a great foundation of fitness and focusing on the more general and less complicated movements you may find in other classes. This class is not only limited to those within this age group, fitness limitations etc.
MUMS & BUBS
REFORMER

A slightly modified class in which aims to help with the pelvic floor and core redevelopment of mum's post or pre natal (dependent upon person). We allow for slightly longer breaks between to help mums care for their children and also provide multiple options which may help the mum to continue to work out with their child in hands or with them so they can get the most of their class without feeling the need to leave. This is by far the most inclusive class and the mums we have in these classes are extremely welcoming and all completely understand what each and every other mum goes through which allows for the community to enjoy attending these classes and the babies to get some socialisation time pre/post class (upon parents decision).
(Please note that there is no specific age limit, we allow the parent to decide whether this is a suitable option for them to manage themselves and there is no harm in trialling it as we are welcome to try and help where we can!)

A personally targeted 1 on 1 or small group session that tends to either aim to target a small group of individuals or a single person who may be more comfortable with a private session, recovering from and injury, bringing a kid but needs a different time, after a specific goal and outcome or even just a small group of friends or sports team looking for a combination of social and fitness to participate in together.
