  • Wear comfortable workout gear that allows for a full range of motion. We also suggest grip socks to prevent slipping on the reformer machine (we have these available for purchase too, just ask!).

    It's also a good idea to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated during the class, and a sweat towel.

    We provide all necessary equipment, including the reformer machines and props, so you don't need to bring anything else.

  • Our reformer Pilates classes typically last 45 minutes, providing a comprehensive and efficient workout. The frequency of your classes depends on your fitness goals and schedule. For optimal results, we recommend attending classes 2 to 3 times a week. Consistency is key to experiencing the benefits of improved strength, flexibility, and overall well-being.

    You can also attend classes daily if it suits your fitness level.
